By booking our services, you agree to the following:

1. Purpose

• The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Spa Gogyeol (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "User") regarding the use of spa services and the online reservation system.
  
  

2. Reservation and Deposit 

• Reservations are made through our official website or designated booking channels. 

• The reservation is only confirmed once the payment of the deposit is verified via the online payment system.

3. Pricing and Payment 

• The remaining balance after the deposit must be paid at the spa premises before or after the treatment.

4. Change and Cancellation Policy 

• Reservation Changes: Changes can only be made up to 24 hours before your appointment. After this period, obtaining refunds for deposits may be difficult.

• Pre-Reservation Basis: Spa Gogyeol operates on a 100% pre-reservation basis, making frequent changes challenging. You may only make changes to your reservation twice.
  
  

4. Late Arrival

• Impact on Treatment: We understand that delays can happen. However, please be aware that arriving late may result in a shorter treatment time, as we are unable to extend your appointment

•  Program Changes: If you arrive late, we kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot accommodate a switch to a shorter program.
  

•  Important Note: If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time without prior notice, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
  
  

6. Customer Responsibility

• Arrival: Users are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled time.
  Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment duration to avoid affecting subsequent bookings.

• Health Conditions: Users must inform the therapist of any health issues, allergies, or pregnancy before the session begins.

• Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service or ask a user to leave if they exhibit inappropriate behavior or are under the influence of alcohol. 
  
  

7. Limitation of Liability

• The Company shall not be held liable for any loss of personal belongings not stored in the provided lockers, or for any physical reactions caused by undisclosed medical conditions.
  
  

8. Governing Law 

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Seoul, South Korea.
